We are looking for a contractor who can start immediately as a hands-on SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC) Implementation Engineer to configure, customize, and support customer identity experiences and support SAP Fiori and SAPUI5 applications. This role is execution-focused and centers on implementing SAP CDC ScreenSets, supporting API-based authentication flows, designing and developing SAPUI5 applications, and assisting with web and mobile integrations.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, understands standard CIAM authentication mechanisms, and can troubleshoot real-world identity issues across browsers, APIs, and mobile apps. This role partners closely with frontend and backend developers and may include frontend development but does not carry architectural ownership or team leadership responsibilities.


Required Skills & Experience

Must be eligible to obtain a United States Security Clearance
Hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC / Gigya) implementations.
Direct experience configuring and customizing CDC ScreenSets.
Strong working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, including:
JavaScript form logic, validations, and event handling
Styling and theming ScreenSets via CSS
Debugging client-side issues

Understanding of CIAM authentication concepts and protocols:
OAuth 2.0
OpenID Connect (OIDC)
JWTs and token lifecycle management
Basic understanding of SAML
Experience supporting API-based identity integrations.
Experience developing frontend applications built on JavaScript, CSS, HTML5 that integrate with an SAP backend
Familiarity with web identity flows and browser-based authentication behavior.
Working knowledge of mobile identity integrations (iOS/Android), including CDC SDKs or API equivalents.
