Position Summary:
We're looking to add an experienced Technical Recruiter to the HR team at C5MI! In this role, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, collaborating with leaders across the organization to understand their hiring needs and job requirements, writing and posting technical job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates from niche platforms, screening resumes based on specialized skills, and extending and negotiating offers. You'll play a crucial role in attracting and hiring skilled professionals for positions within the organizations, ensuring we're targeting top quartile talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Partners with leadership across the organization to gain a deep understanding of their hiring needs and the requirements of the positions they're hiring for.
- Sources and attracts potential candidates through social media, job posts, resume databases, referrals, and personal network for job openings.
- Builds effective sourcing strategies to recruit niche technical talent, both cleared and uncleared.
- Finds creative ways to engage passive job seekers for both current and future job openings.
- Acts as a company ambassador by providing excellent customer service and relationship management throughout the recruiting lifecycle, ensuring an optimal candidate experience.
- Manages hiring managers' expectations by providing consultative guidance on realistic timelines, job market data, candidate salary expectations, etc.
- Performs detailed candidate screens to identify top quartile candidates to presented to hiring managers for consideration.
- Manages the end-to-end recruitment cycle for multiple positions simultaneously.
- Coordinates and schedules interviews, performs reference checks, negotiates offer letters, ensures background checks are completed, etc.
- Tracks and measures recruiting KPIs to diagnose performance and set goals quarterly.
- Maintains the Applicant Tracking System (ClearCo).
- Attends recruiting and industry events to promote C5MI and attract qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
Required/Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field.
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition within the technology space; SAP recruiting experience or knowledge in SAP would be ideal.
- Clear understanding of end-to-end recruitment best practices, with demonstrated success in creative sourcing and candidate engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and target passive job seekers.
- A motivated individual with a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding goals.
- Must be able to travel for various recruiting events.
- Government contracting background is a plus.
- Experience with Predictive Index is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to regularly interact with hiring managers, senior leadership, and c-level executives.
- Proficiency in candidate sourcing using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- A passion for creating an exceptional candidate experience and fostering positive employer branding.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable negotiating job offers and managing the offer acceptance process.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, industry trends, and recruitment best practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, fast-growth environment.
