Travel Time: 40-50%, varying based on client project schedules- when you graduate, you will need to be prepared to travel to client sites once graduation in December 2025

In our efforts to grow resilient, future-ready talent, we are launching a groundbreaking registered apprenticeship program in partnership with St. Michael’s Learning Academy (SMLA). In this year-long apprenticeship program, you’ll kickstart your career as an Associate EWM Analyst and gain hands-on experience while earning industry-recognized credentials. Beginning September 15, this program will provide:

  • On-site orientation at our Live Warehouse Experience Center in Jacksonville Beach, FL.
  • A 10-week virtual training course with SMLA, where you’ll learn how to configure, test, deploy, and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions and work toward your EWM certification.
  • Continuous on-the-job training over the course of the year-long apprenticeship, which will include traveling to client sites for hands-on experiential learning.

The Position:

As an Associate EWM Apprentice, you’ll be responsible for configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions on client functional teams. You’ll focus on the foundational tasks related to learning the SAP EWM system, understanding EWM processes, and supporting more experienced team members. Over the course of your on-the-job training during the apprenticeship program, you will learn system configuration, testing, documentation of processes, troubleshooting, requirements gathering, and go-live activities. You will be traveling 40-50% of the time to client sites to work in person with client teams.

Required/Desired Education and Experience:

  • Required – 5-7 years of Warehouse Operations or Supply Chain Management experience OR 2-5 years of Warehouse Operations or Supply Chain Management experience with an SAP IEE2E or TS410 Certification or CLA/CLT certification
  • Must be a U.S. citizen in order to obtain a Public Trust Clearance

Required/Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must be a motivated self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively in diverse cross-functional teams.
