Overview:

As a Senior SAP TM Consultant, you will lead SAP Transportation Management post-Go-Live support efforts, guiding junior consultants and delivering expert-level resolution of system issues. Your experience will help drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and knowledge transfer across the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead hypercare and production support for SAP TM Go-Lives
  • Act as final escalation point for critical system issues
  • Mentor Consultant 1 and Consultant 2 team members
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders on resolution strategies
  • Recommend and implement system enhancements
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and best practices

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SAP TM hands-on configuration and support experience
  • In-depth knowledge of freight order management, planning, and execution in TM
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Effective communicator across all levels of the organization
  • Proven experience in high-pressure support environments
  • U.S. Citizenship (required to obtain clearance)

Compensation:

In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $124,000 – $160,000 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This posted range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting.
