Overview:

As an SAP EWM Consultant II, you will be responsible for independently managing live support tickets and ensuring smooth post-Go-Live performance. This role is ideal for professionals with 3–5 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience who enjoy solving complex technical issues and contributing to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own hypercare support tasks and resolve production issues
  • Troubleshoot and resolve high-volume support tickets
  • Perform detailed root cause analysis and apply fixes
  • Communicate with end-users and project stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of SAP EWM configuration experience
  • Strong problem-solving and SDLC knowledge
  • Self-motivated and independent work style
  • Excellent technical documentation and user communication skills
  • U.S. Citizenship (required to obtain clearance)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in hypercare support after SAP EWM Go-Live
  • Monitor and report basic system issues; escalate complex problems
  • Perform root cause analysis with guidance from senior team members
  • Work on support tickets and track resolutions
  • Help document troubleshooting procedures

Compensation:

In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $98,672.00 – $123,341.00 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This posted range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting.
