The Position:

As the Associate EWM Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring, testing, deploying and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions on client EWM functional teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Focuses on foundational tasks related to learning the processes and supporting more experienced team members.

• Participates/shadows in meetings with business and functional teams, learning to understand and document business requirements.

• Assists more senior team members in configuring SAP EWM and works with SAP Developers to deliver custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

• Tests and troubleshoots SAP EWM to ensure alignment with documented business processes and requirements.

• Is actively involved in end-to-end testing and go-live activities.

• Provides basic support for production SAP solutions.

• Provides end user support, both in person and remotely, and during non-standard business hours as needed.

• Stays up to date with technology and business trends.

• Assists in documentation of business requirements, specifications, test scripts, and other vital documents during the project life cycle.

Required/Desired Education/Experience/Skills:

• Required – background and/or education in logistics, distribution, MIS, IT, or other related field.

• Desired – 1+ years in a professional logistics, distribution, MIS, IT, or other related field

• Desired – previous professional experience includes SAP use (any module)

• Desired - Certificate in MIS, CS, IS, IT or other technical field (SAP a plus)
