Job Title: Senior EWM Consultant
Location: Remote
Travel Time: 10% - 25%, varying based on client project schedules

Position Summary:
As the Senior EWM Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, deploying and supporting SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions on client EWM functional teams. You will also provide mentorship and guidance to associate-level analysts and mid-level consultants.
Key responsibilities include:
Provides coaching with a focus on bringing out the best in team members by guiding them through goals and obstacles.
Collaborates with clients and business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translates business requirements into the functional and technical requirements.
Designs SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions, including both configuration and custom development designs to meet business requirements.
Configures SAP EWM and works with SAP Developers to deliver custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.
Creates user manuals, configuration guides, and training materials for the SAP EWM processes.?
Conducts training sessions for end-users and client personnel on SAP EWM usage and best practices.?
Tests and troubleshoots SAP EWM to ensure alignment with documented business processes and requirements.
Identifies and resolves issues, defects, and gaps during the testing phase to ensure high-quality deliverables.?
Works closely with others, including project managers, cross-functional teams, solution architects, developers, and functional consultants to ensure seamless delivery (e.g., SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP EWM, etc.).?
Collaborates with both technical and functional teams to investigate and resolve issues impacting SAP EWM functionality.
Fosters continuous improvement by proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization for any SAP EWM services.
Is actively involved in end-to-end testing and go-live activities.
Leads and/or contributes to testing of solutions and developments in SAP EWM
Provides timely support and resolution to client issues related to SAP EWM.
Stays up to date with the latest SAP EWM functionality, enhancements, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Education, Training, and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related engineering, technical, or logistics field.
Desired - Certificate in SAP EWM, MIS, CS, IS, IT or other technical field.
7 or more years of experience working on SAP Extended Warehouse Management solutions in either a functional or developmental role.
Experience working with both SAP EWM in R/3 and S/4 environments (both decentralized and embedded desired).
Minimum of 3 full life-cycle deployments.
Experience in integrating SAP EWM with other SAP modules and applications.
Experience with data conversion and migration processes.
Extensive experience with configuration of SAP EWM in a business setting.
Desired - Experience working with the Department of Defense or another federal agency
Specific skills, knowledge, and abilities:
Demonstrated ability to mentor and assist junior team members in increasing skills, both soft (client-relations, etc.) and hard (SAP skills, documentation, etc.).
Proven ability to lead small teams within a client engagement.
Advanced understanding of SAP EWM function with the ability to independently design, configure, enhance, test, and implement.
A plus – understanding of SAP GTS, SAP TM and/or XPS™ Cross-Carrier Packing and Shipping function.
Must be a self-starter and problem solver, capable of functioning in a dynamic, fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Collaborative team player with the ability to connect and work with employees at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with team members and clients from a variety of locations and backgrounds.
Able to quickly learn highly customized solutions at existing clients.
Desired – ability to understand and analyze ABAP code at a functional level.
