Position Summary:

We're looking to add an SAP EWM Delivery Manager to our Delivery team at C5MI! In this role, you'll be responsible for building and leading teams that design, configure, test, deploy, and support SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) solutions on client EWM functional teams. You'll oversee the delivery of EWM solutions, ensuring they're efficient, effective, and aligned with business objectives and client requirements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop technology strategies, plans, and budgets, and develop and nurture relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and hold accountable a team of SAP Extended Warehouse Management Analysts and Principals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure overall productivity and performance.
  • Responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from workforce planning, execution, and recruitment to retention and succession planning.
  • Lead the interviewing and hiring process for positions within scope.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the EWM function, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization, including with other functional areas and senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to ensure that technology objectives and stakeholders’ needs are addressed and met.
  • Develop and implement technology strategies and plans for EWM function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to leaders and technology teams for warehouse process improvements and best practices.
  • Oversee the delivery of EWM solutions, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure EWM technology solutions are adequately protected through effective risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics for warehouse functions, identifying areas for improvement and working with leaders to implement corrective action as necessary.

Required/Desired Qualifications:

Education, Training, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or another related field.
  • 8 or more years of experience in full-cycle SAP implementations in multiple roles (e.g., functional or development analyst, functional or development lead, project or implementation manager, business process subject matter expert, etc.).
  • Advanced understanding of SAP Extended Warehouse Management function with the ability to independently design, configure, enhance, test, and implement.
  • Operational experience in warehouse management, logistics, transportation, supply chain or manufacturing is a plus.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%, varying based on client requirements.
