Position Summary:

We’re seeking an experienced UiPath Delivery Manager to join our team. In this role, lead teams of automation developers, focusing on UiPath Automation Platform, in the design, development, deployment, and transition to sustainment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and support a team a team of UiPath developers, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
  • Leads the interviewing and hiring process for positions within scope.
  • Develops and implements technology strategies and plans for UiPath process automation functions, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Oversees the delivery of technology solutions for process automation functions, ensuring they are efficient, effective, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to ensure that technology objectives and stakeholders’ needs are addressed and met.
  • Develops and maintains technology budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitors and analyzes technology performance metrics for process automation functions, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the technology delivery function for process automation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or Administration, or other related disciplines with 7+ years of industry experience.
  • UiPath Certification is a plus.
  • Experience in leading development teams of 3+ years, UiPath or RPA development preferred.
  • Experience with UiPath’s Automation Platform configuration and setup in a multi-environment, including Orchestrator, Robots, and Studio.
  • Operational experience in warehouse management, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or manufacturing is a plus.
  • Proven success integrating UiPath with SAP and other enterprise applications.
  • Capability to implement robust exception handling mechanisms to ensure automated processes are resilient to errors.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging code written by others to identify and resolve issues in automated workflows.
  • Ability to create clear and comprehensive documentation for developed processes, ensuring knowledge transfer and future maintenance.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and teammates, understand requirements, and explain automation solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and optimize automated processes.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
