Position Summary:

As the UiPath Platform Architect at C5MI, you will play a pivotal role in driving the digital transformation journey for our customers. You will be responsible for defining and implementing the UiPath architecture strategy, overseeing the development and deployment of automation solutions, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead the adoption of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define target UiPath architecture strategy and roadmaps for digital core solutions.
• Develop and curate customer demonstration environments leveraging UiPath capabilities.
• Implement and sustain cloud-based prototypes through systems engineering.
• Build business transformation cases and support innovation initiatives.
• Ensure successful new customer engagements and closure through solution prototyping.
• Foster continuous improvement of internal service line capabilities.
• Configure UiPath and integrate with enterprise applications and technologies.
• Lead the design and delivery of systems engineering prototypes and demonstrations.
• Improves internal service line capabilities through the adoption of Cloud-native tools, methods, and practices.
• Drives application security practices and stays updated on industry trends.
• Develops and tests business bots in UiPath for process automation.
• Participates in solution design and review of code for complex workflow automations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• UiPath Certification
• Minimum of 12 years of industry experience, with 5 years in Process Automation.
• Hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing Cloud infrastructure using UiPath.
• Expertise in UiPath’s Automation Platform configuration and setup.
• Strong understanding of Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
• Proven leadership experience in technical architecture and governance.

Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to provide vision and lead through digital transformations.
• Subject matter expertise in UiPath with SAP and enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• The ability to travel 10-25%, varying based on customer requirements/needs.
