Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Controller to join our team. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing all Controllership and accounting duties, including full-cycle accounting processes, financial reporting, intercompany reconciliations, and compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, experience in leading General Accounting activities, and a passion for driving business success through finance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounting processes for C5MI.
• Oversee corporate consolidation and intercompany reconciliations.
• Prepares monthly account reconciliations, analyses, and financial statements.
• Leads annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Ensures compliance with governmental procedures, including CAS and DCAA auditable processes.
• Drives process improvements and standardization of accounting procedures.
• Leads and develops the General Accounting Team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or relevant combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the Accountant or Controllership function, and experience in General Accounting activities.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of governmental procedures related to Cost Accounting and DCAA audits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities effectively.
• This position will require some travel as needed for meetings.
