The Manager, SAP Solutions Architecture is responsible for:

• Leads, manages, and holds accountable a team of SAP solution architects, providing guidance, support, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed, ensuring overall productivity and performance.
• Participates in the interviewing and hiring process for positions within scope.
• Engages with stakeholders, such as business leaders, clients, and IT teams, to gather requirements, provide updates, and address concerns. Conducts regular meetings and presentations to keep stakeholders informed about project status and progress.
• Understands and gathers business requirements, aligns them with SAP capabilities, and identifies potential solutions.
• Designs and develops SAP solution designs that meet business needs, including the selection of appropriate SAP modules, configuration, and customizations.
• Provides technical guidance to configuration and development teams, ensuring that SAP solutions are implemented correctly and according to best practices.
• Acts as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
• Assists in change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions to new SAP solutions and processes.

Required Experiences and Skills

• Associate degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university OR High School Diploma / GED, with 8+ years of experience working with SAP Extended Warehouse Management and/or SAP Transportation Management and related solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully architecting and implementing SAP projects from conception to completion.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP systems with other enterprise applications, middleware, and data sources.
• Operational experience in warehouse management, logistics, transportation, supply chain or manufacturing desired.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Understanding of SAP GTS, SAP EWM and/or XPS™ Cross-Carrier Packing and Shipping function.
• Experience working with the Department of Defense or other Federal Agencies
